4 I just had the same problem... talked to Samsung directly. the unit is in Demo mode... just press and hold the left 2 buttons (lighting and Freezer) for 3 seconds and the unit will go back in operation.

0 i agree with above except I woke up to this and my cream and meat didn't survive the night, along with everything in both the fridge and freezer right afterI just spent over $300 stocking it full 2 days ago
