the freezer evaporator is ice up. it stops cooling. temperature light is flashing. i need advive and service manual to trouble shoot the problem

0 We had the same problem with the same refrigerator that is about 2 years old. A repairman has been here today, and he said that "the defrost assembly is inoperative" He quoted us $175 +tax for the part and $120 for the labor. He needed to order the part, and will come back nest week to fix it. Now, our freezer side stopped working, too. We do not know whether that was caused by the repairman opening the back of the refrigerator. WE WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!
