the freezer section has ice build up all the way to the opening in the back of the refrigerator. There are no air leaks around the seal, I have checked it.

5 I have this similar refrigerator and you should have a filter in the back right side of the refrigerator just inside. That must be replaced or the water line gets built up, there is a light indicator that may show red raindrops as a symbol meaning it needs replaced. You can also call Sears or the store you purchased it from and they will give you free advice.
