i just purchased a new sansung side by side model rs2545sh when pluged in the frig 36 degrees and the freezer went to -4 degres what is the correct temp these seem to freeze my vegatables and also how do you loweer the temp i didnt get a manual when they delivered and they cant seem to find it please help i went from my old frig not geting cold enough to a new frig that seems to be to cold
