Question About Samsung Refrigerator RM257ABBP
Won't cool down...

Brand new refrig. Been plugged in for 5 hours, still warm inside. Blue temp display on door both say 0 F. Lights on inside. Hear a faint hum with ear against outside of fridge. Is there some sort of initialization that wasn't done properly by the installers ?

0 I also have the same unit with the same problem - 0F. and no cool down. If the interior reading is defaulted to '0' degrees F. which is very cold, then the compressor will not activate because it is instructed not to. help find a solution.
