Hi, i want to do a gluten free bread but my machine don't have de selection for that bread... What do I should use? 1- Basic (Lg.Medium). 2- Basic (Lg. Dark). 3- Basic (Reg). 4- Whole Weath (Lg). 5- Whole Weath (Reg). 6- French. 7- Sweet. 8- Douch ? In my Recipe it's on Cuisinart, menu Gluten Free, dark, Time 1:46 Thank's to help me Caro
