Hi, I am asking on behalf of my grandad a question about a fault in his brand new Sanyo Microwave Oven model EM-S2297V/BK. We don't have access to it right now as it is in his caravan and his caravan is currently parked in a place to be stored while it is not being used. The problem with the microwave oven is that it doesn't heat the food, this is the only problem and I hope you are able to help me. Thanks
