was using microwave, time expired, stirred food, reset for several more minutes, hit start button and nothing happened except for a clicking noise. Hit clear button, entered minutes, hit start and nothing but a click. light comes on when door is opened. unplugged from outlet for several minutes...same thing again. still shows several seconds on display screen and can't clear those. any suggestions?
