0 so you tell us to look through the operating manual for problems relating to the bulb when there is nothing in the operating manual about the dam light bulbs and if your team had of actually looked before just adding this standered reply then they would have know this. get your act into gear people and do the right thing by the people keeping you in business ie your customers
