I bought the machine second hand and am unsure of what the kneading blades should look like. There is only one - small wingnut shape. is that correct.Also, when the cycle chart refers to keep warm at 72 degrees, is that in or out of the machine? Do you have any recipe books other than the one incleded in the manuel? My first basic loaf was veru sweet. Is the sugar essential when using sachet of yeast, can I half the amount or discard it all together?
