After harvesting it does not kick in to freeze. We...

After harvesting it does not kick in to freeze. We also get a huge block of ice at times. Then we have to hit harvest to release the ice. if we turn the machine off then back on it will then kick in for a few loads of ice then go back to not kicking into freeze.
