Question About Scotsman Ice Ice Maker ACM 125 WSC

Hi I have changed the top thermostat for the thickness of the ice and the timer to throw the ice is not working. The part that makes the thickness of the ice is not turning. It has been regassed and there is enough waterflow, I can make ice when I turn the timer. What can the problem be?
