Vacuum pump works but there is no vacuum at the port in the drip pan. If you remove the tubing from the pump to the port, there is plenty of vacuum but not when connected. No kink in the tubing inside and no plugging of port in drip pan. Will not draw air out of bag or engage "hands free function". Everything seems to be connected inside. Husband is an electrician. It does seal.
