i just bought a used one but i am not sure how to make sure it is on. the light is on but it is not freezing anything yet. it has been on for 10 hrs already. the knob on the inside does not turn and it is stuck on 5. is this okay? is the light the only indicator that the unit ison? the seller said there is a switch but I can't find it. please advise
