Garbage disposal seems to be locked up. Can hear ...

Garbage disposal seems to be locked up. Can hear the motor running, but doesn't appear to be turning. Possibly needs to be reset. How do we do this? Is there just a button to push or do we need to do something in addition to this? Thanks
