When on "Broil", oven temperature only gets to 350 degrees. Bottom element is on but top element does not glow red. Oven will "Bake" at 500 degrees. Top element comes on during "Bake" cycle, so I don't think it's the heating element or temperature sensor. What should Broil temperature be and what prevents it from getting that hot?
