what's the trick for changing a light bulb?...

Kenmore Elite Range Hood Model 233.55123000 - I feel like an idiot. A bulb blew out. When i tried changing the bulb, the bulb fixture popped up into the unit... so I had to take of the filters and take off the bottom of the unit to get inside. Still, I turn the bulb, push it up, wiggle it, and it won't come out. Any suggestions? Thanks.

0 Never mind.... After buying the twist lock bulbs (the Sears salesguy told me I needed it, I used a pliers and applied a lot more force. It was a regular bulb base, not a twist lock. I actually changed the bulb myself, without the technician (who would have cost $75-150.)
