I NEVER get an answer back from these type of inquires, BUT SOMEONE OUT THERE MUST KNOW HOW TO OPEN THIS STEAMER. IT HAS NO WATER IN IT. I CANNOT IN ANYWAY GET THE CAP OFF. ANY ONE OUT THERE HAVE A SHARK ELECTRIC STEAMER S3210R/
