Question About Sharp Convection Oven R-963S
all of a sudden, our sharp microwave grill convect...

all of a sudden, our sharp microwave grill convection oven, will not cook a 3 minute bag of popcorn. I have checked the power settings and feel it is on 100%, but I've ruined 3 bags of popcorn. what am I doing wrong, the microwave is only a year old

0 I'm sure the powere setting has just slipped some how, but it won't reset
