MySharp convection microwave Model no R/ 9Z00.When...

MySharp convection microwave Model no R/ 9Z00.When i put something in and press start,it will go for a second and then goes beep, beep and it shows to Place in the turntable,when it is already in.Could you please tell me what i am doing wrong
