Question About Sharp Microwave Oven R-508F
changing light bulb Sharp R-508F...

How do I remove the wave guild(heat shield) wilthot damaging it. I replaced it several years ago, so it can be done. We removed the light bulb by taking off the cover & it was very difficult.
