How to adjust the power level....

I need to know how to adjust the power levels on the microwave. We have a R-530EKF, 1200 Watt. It will only cook on high power. I've tried entering in numbers, such as 50 for 50% and it does nothing but cook on high. I am wanting to see the manual for instructions.
