I have a sharp carousel No.R 428jk, 1200 watt. I love it but all of the sudden the key pad (touch screen) won't work. You can push and push and nothing. It is about 8 years old and the inside paint is flaking off but up until a few days ago it worked perfect. If there is a way I can fix it fine but I will not pay for getting it fixed. i'll put the money to a new one. I found a Whirlpool at Lowes that I like. Thank you. Diane Cossick
