I have a sharp R-1460 over the range microwave. I recently lost power and now when the microwave is pkugged in the fan and interior light stay and wont shut off. I am also unabke to use any of the keys on the front panel therefore i can not use the mocrowave. Any suggestions to what this may be and or how to find a replacement with the exact height. I cant seem to find one with that particular height which is 14 7/8. Thank you
