I have a Sharp R-310DK microwave oven whose light has gone out. I tried to remove the outer cover of the oven to get at the bulb, but could not do so. The three Philips screws were no problem, but there are two others that I could not remove -- they appear to be rivets, but I'm not sure. How should I proceed?
