I have a Sharp R9700, has no glass tray in it. When I turned it on there was a visible electrical current traveling inside the unit. I put a glass tray in it and tried it again, still a current traveling from the little metal thing in the center of the cog that turns the glass to a random spot towards the top. There is a reflector shield above the heating element, not one below??? What is the matter?
