I have an above stove SHARP model R-1874F microwav...

I have an above stove SHARP model R-1874F microwave and the door will not open, nor will it work. It's about 5 years old, bought in 2008. I've repairedthe door myself before, but this time it won't open no matter if I pull on the door while pushing in the open lever. Is it dead? John
