I have the manual but can't figure out what to do ...

I have the manual but can't figure out what to do - R 308 C I must have pushed the wrong button - The display keeps showing me cups instead of time. The oven worked great just before the change in display. I can't clear it and get back to the time function. The answer is probably simple, but I can't find it online.
