Metal plate on inside has hole and is arcing...

Sharp Microwave Model #R-425LS -- Metal plate on the inside on the right wall has a hole in it and is arcing. Microwave not working probably due to this issue. Microwave was purchased approximately 1 yr or less. Can it be repaired?
