On the key pad, the #1, 4, 7 ,as well as, the power level button will work. Is there a way I can take the cover over the key pad off and try to check and see why the buttons will not activate. I have got the #7 to work, but have to press very hard for it to work. I would hate to throw it away since it is in good shape. Thank you!
