Question About Sharp Microwave Oven R209EK
power level...

I use the Power Level to defrost foods, or to cook at a lower heat. I need clear instructions on how to do this, for what I am doing does not seem to work. It seems the food is being cooked on high, regardless of what power level number I am pushing. What buttons do I push??
