I do not know how to change the power setting so that it is only at 1000 instead of 1200W for baking purposes...it shows P-90 but i do not know what that means

0 P is your power level. P-50 is med high heat P30 is defrost etc..

0 Correction to P (power Level) P-90 is High Heat, P-50 is Med. Heat.. These are the different power levels at which you can cook your food. I don't believe you can actually change the watageIE:1000W, 1200W. This is what it needs to run off of in your home wall outlet, circuit etc.. You can change the power settings itself for various cooking as I staed above. Hope this helps . I do have the manual if u need further assistance
