I wanted a speed oven and the sharp one was discontinued but I was told that the new Viking speed oven (not on market at the time of my purchase) and the Sharp Commercial oven R8000G were the same ovens. My problem is that I want to use the cookbook from the speed ovens but I do not know if the receipt numbers corospond to my model. Example if the receipt says touch receipt # 23 what does that translate to on the commercial oven. Like touch select a speed, auto roast how long on what power etc. Sharp has been any thing BUT helpful. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would have gladly just purchased the Viking model in the first place but it was not yet available. Thanks
