Question About Sharp Microwave Oven None
uninstalling a R-1461A over the stove microwave...

I have a 1997 R-1461A over the stove microwave I need to remove. I can not see screws through the top cabinet, front grill, or on the bottom next to the wall. I need suggestions as to how I might move the microwave. Thank you.

5 The microwave is held in place by two long bolts (about 18") that attach to the top of the wall bracket and extend diagonally down to the bottom front of the unit. The heads of the boldts can be seen by removing the bottom panel of the microwave (three screws located on the bottom toward the front of the microwave). The ends of the long bolts are located on either side of the exposed bottom of the unit. While supporting the unit, loosen both bolts until they disengage from the bracket. Done.
