Hello, I have an electric Simpson La Bella oven with an electric Ceran ceramic hob. All four thermostatic controls for the four hob elements have stopped working and each and everyone when turned on defaults to maximum and stays at that setting. I am not at all happy or impressed. Please advise how I should go about getting the thermostatic controls fixed. Thank you Tom
