Question About Simpson Dishwasher eziset 850
wont start...

My dishwasher (owned by landlord) won't start we put the powder in and turn the dial click start and nothing happens it has done this a few times now. Today when it had done this I realised the bottom is filled with water and I don't know how to unblock it. Help?
