We have a Simson"Neptune" freestanding oven one of small Stovetop Elements has blowen?... We can't seem to remove the Element we don't appear to be able to lift up the main outer hob frame as it looks like that may be the way to remove any elements. Also can we purchase and replace Element ourselves or do we need get a service/electrician to replace; etc? Thanks
