I have a simpson esprit electric wall oven 63c904w...

I have a simpson esprit electric wall oven 63c904w it is burning everything on the bottom when I bake I have put a tray on the bottom shelf to try and prevent this but that doesn't work and have tested the temperature and that is fine please help.
