Hi, we are having a problem with our Sirius Range Hood. The fan is not turning off. We are pressing the off button, but after about 20 seconds the fan will turn back on and stay on. I understand there is a timer button on the fan, is there a way we can reset the unit?

0 I bought this fan 2 years ago and I have the same problem this week. I have contacted the seller and still waiting for an answer

0 et bien moi je n'ai pas une bonne expérience avec une hotte Sirius après â peine 2 ans elle fait défaut. C'est une hotte encastrée et les boutons de contrôle sont dans le milieu entre les filtres de chaque côté. Elle fonctionne tout le temps et il semblerait que le problème est dù à l'humidité de la vapeur qui s'échappe et endommage les contrôles...car ils sont mal isolés. N'achetez pas de hotte Sirius encastrable ce n'est pas un produit fiable je NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS.
