We have a electric oven gas hob SMEG 90cm sa9066xs...

We have a electric oven gas hob SMEG 90cm sa9066xs cooker and have lost the manuel. The oven keeps turning off and we would like to know how the electric timer works to keep it on constantly. We just end up pressing buttons to put it on!
