I just installed a brand new SMEG st147at. But the door will not open. I have tried ajusting a white screw on the front that according to the manual should help, but it didn't. The only way to open the product is to pull on a string that hangs out at the bottom of the door. I would be very happy if anyone knows what 2 do? Best regards John
