I have an older Smeg dishwasher with a rotary knob timer (faulty). It is marked "allegra" on the outer cover but has no model number (if it was on the right side of the door, it is long gone). Timer is Eaton EC4415.01 but Smeg and other suppliers will not/cannot provide without a Smeg "model number". Even the user manual, for the few pages it is, does not have a model number. Can you help?
