My dishwasher is showing fault Er 01 and I cannot reset it? I had it going through programme 11 - Daily quick cycle. It went through most of the cycle up to 1 Min to go. I have read the manual and checked the rinse aid (topped it up) and now it is showing the "water softening/salt signal. I was told when I purchased it that it didn't need salt for Ballarat water.
