can the glass be removed as my manual only speaks ...

can the glass be removed as my manual only speaks of cleaning it from the outside yet grease has got inside throug the vents on the door and I can not see how i remove the glass to clean. I cannot see the model number of my oven but it has a colonial appearance built -in type
