Having mislaid the instructions, I don't know which manual to ask for! The oven is built in, and is multipurpose. By that I mean it has [had] 8 different symbols around the control knob on the right, telling me which position operated what function. Cleaning the oven has removed these instructions....I knw hat the one at 1.00. is, and at 4.00 is [grill] - but nothing else!. There are [were] 4 different symbols on each side of the switch.
