Question About Smeg Oven SCP111 Series # 60222 086
help please...

This is the reference on a repair bill. I don't have the original receipt for the oven I bought in France in Sept/ 2009--part of a Snaidero kitchen unit. I can't figure out how to adjust the heat settings--they go to automatically 160 or 250.
