need instruction manual to switch off the oven tim...

need instruction manual to switch off the oven timer as the oven has 'frozen ' and will not heat up . I do not know where to position the 'timer arm' .....on : 0 or 30, 60 , 90 or on one of the 2 diagrams . the cleaner moved it .....i never use the timer !! HELP SMEG MOD SUK65MF 48700659 0051
