Question About Sub-Zero Freezer None
My freezer display says -10 ice. Yesterday it said...

My freezer display says -10 ice. Yesterday it said -20 ice. We removed all the contents, turned it off for the day and let it defrost itself. I had an issue of ice built up behind the back wall of the freezer once and this solved it. Everything appears to be working but I still have that message.
