Question About Sub-Zero Refrigerator None
Bottom Freezer Drawer not closing...

The bottom drawer of my freezer will not close completely. I turned off the unit in the hope that ice might be causing the problem--if it's not ice what else can it be? No objects appear to be blocking the door.

0 Problem solved. There was a small amount of water on the floor near the bottom drawer so I'm assuming it was ice that prevented the door from closing. Glad I don't have to pay for another repair call for this refrigerator. So far I've spent over $1000 to have various things replaced/repaired.
