I noticed my SubZero 3211RFD isn't cold enough in the freezer to keep ice cream frozen. It's more like soft serve. There is one cold control knob in the fridge which is clearly marked from 1 to 7 (7's the coldest) but I'm not sure where the mark is that tells you what number it's set to.... Also the freezer has an adjustment knob that is barely visible, on which I see no markings. How do I set these things to cool down the freezer??
